At Durex India, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your item isn't the perfect fit or style, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Durex India account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check

  Ensure the apparel is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags and packaging intact to qualify for a successful return.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After your return passes our warehouse inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
